At Lekto Woodfuels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable heating solutions. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy for all unused woodfuel products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Pallet

  Ensure the woodfuels are securely packed in their original, moisture-proof packaging and stabilized on the pallet to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Collection or Drop-off

  Depending on the shipment size, we will either arrange a professional courier collection from your property or provide instructions for a local drop-off.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned fuel, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
